At the end of June, the structures of PKP PLK in Wałbrzych addressed to several local self-governments a letter preceding liquidation of sections of selected railway lines in Lower Silesia. Apart from inappropriate representation of the Company, the above communication – as proved in later press releases – contained a number of statements and phrases which are not true as to, among others, the dates of cessation of operations and lack of interest of railway operators in using the infrastructure.
