At the end of June, ProKolej Foundation signed the Declaration on development of safety culture in rail transport drafted by the Office of Rail Transport. Other signatories include representatives of, among others, carriers, managers, certifying bodies, trade unions, scientific and media circles. The Declaration has been signed by nearly 120 representatives of the rail market.

The goal of the campaign designed by the Office of Rail Transport is to increase safety of rail transport based on the principle whereby the adequate prevention level is achieved when entrepreneurs, apart from improving technical and organisational aspects of work, raise awareness of their employees. And popularising safety culture is its integral element.
